While they harbor interaction and community, which is paramount. I would say offer more offices. You also could use design, such as doorless offices with glass on the rise - say about 8 feet , that would give a very open feel. Thus, to be really unique, design will be critical to allow all sorts of workers. I work from home and would love something like this. But I would need privacy as well, or just a simple place that is sort of open/sort of private.
