Brilliant Coworking Commercials
The folks at Blankspaces in LA have created series of commercials for their coworking space. They cover a bunch of themes and are really well done. And they present the core ideas of coworking and C4 Workspace in an entertaining way.

I like the idea, but my experience is that open work places are noisy and not conducive to deeper thinking.
While they harbor interaction and community, which is paramount. I would say offer more offices.
You also could use design, such as doorless offices with glass on the rise – say about 8 feet , that would give a very open feel.
Thus, to be really unique, design will be critical to allow all sorts of workers. I work from home and would love something like this. But I would need privacy as well, or just a simple place that is sort of open/sort of private.
